George the Second &c To all &c Whereas &c We have given / granted and confirmed and by these presents for us our heirs and successors Do give grant / and confirm unto John Robertson of Prince George County one certain tract or parcel of / Land containing Two hundred Ninety Seven acres lying and being in the County of / Brunswick on the North Side of Sturgion Run and bounded as followeth (to wit) / Beginning on Gabriel Harrisons line at a small hickory Thence North two degrees / East one hundred thirty five poles to a Spanish oak Thence West two degrees North three / hundred and sixty poles to a small black oak Thence South two degrees West one hundred / fifty four poles to a red oak on Sturgin Run Thence down the Run as it Meanders to / Harrisons line Thence along his line North twenty degrees East twenty poles to his Corner / Thence East nine degrees South along his said line two hundred and six poles to the / Beginning With all &c to have hold &c to be held &c yielding and paying &c / provided &c In Witness &c Witness our Trusty and Wellbeloved William Gooch Esqr. our / Lieut Governor and Cammander in Chief of our Said Colony and Dominion of Virginia / under the Seal of our said colony the twenty Eighth day of September one thousand / seven hundred and twenty Eight in the Second year of our Reign.
