Benjamin Lytton, Nashville attorney, was for more than thirty, years Clerk of Court of Davidson Co., Tenn. (Mrs. Bond's Kinship Book, p. 485).

m MORGAN WILLLAMS BROWN

Judge Morgan Williams Brown was appointed a federal judge by President Andrew Jackson. (Mrs. Bond's Kinship Book, p. 486).

They resided in Nashville, Tenn.

[122417] ELIZABETH CHILDRESS
m VERNON K. STEVENSON

Vernon K. Stevenson was executor and a devisee of the will of his wife's mother (v 77).

"[122417] Elizabeth Childress...was the first wife of Vernon K. Stevenson." (Mrs. Bond's Kinship Book, p. 486). His last wife was Anna Eve, daughter of Dr. Paul Eve.
