Lawful money for our use paid to our Receiver General of Revenues in this our Colony and / Dominion of Virginia We have given granted and Confirmed and by these presents for / us our Heirs and Successors do give grant and Confirm unto John Robertson of Prince George County / one certain tract or parcel of Land Containing Two Hundred and Thirty Acres Lying and being / in the aforesaid County on the South side of Buckskin Creek adjoining to his other Land and bounded / as followeth (to wit) Beginning at his upper Corner at Walls Path thence South Twenty / Degrees West Eighty Six poles to a Shrub White Oak thence West Twenty Three Degrees North / one Hundred and Eighty six poles to Henry Batys Line thence North One Hundred and forty poles / to Morgan McKinnys Line thence East Nine Degrees North ten poles to his the said McKinnys Corner / thence North Nine Degrees West Fifty Nine poles / thence East forty Degrees North Ninty poles thence South Thirty Nine Degrees East thirty three poles to sd David Walkers Corner thence / East Thirty Eight Degrees South Two Hundred and fourteen poles along sd Walkers Line to his / own thence South Twenty five Degrees West One Hundred and four poles to the first Station With / all &c To have hold &c to be held &c yielding and paying &c Provided &c In Witness &c Witness our / Trusty and Wellbeloved William Gooch Esqr. our Lieut.
